Do I need to Book Classes?
Yes, booking is required on Gymcatch due to controlling numbers and for insurance purposes.
How much are Classes?
All classes are £7.25 each ‘pay as you go’ OR ‘unlimited monthly membership’ is £45 per month.
Do I need a mat?
Mats are provided but your own may be preferred.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
All equipment is provided for you.
What do I need to wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers. Women are advised to wear a good sports bra.
Are there any age restrictions?
All participants need to be over the age of Sixteen.
