Body Blitz is a mix of all over body conditioning, strength, toning and low impact cardio, set out in an intervalstyle training session. The different workout intervals and music used keep you engaged and the class is a lot of fun.
We use a mix of dumbbell, kettlebell, low impact cardio exercises as well as core for a full body workout. Lighter to heavier weights are available to suit all fitness levels and modifications are always demonstrated to suit everyone.
The workout varies from week to week.
