Using dumbbells and set to uplifting music, this low-impact class focuses on safe, effective strength training without cardio, jumping, floor work, or complicated choreography. Each session finishes with gentle stretches to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to maintain your fitness in a supportive environment, this class is suitable for all abilities and all ages. Beginners are especially welcome and encouraged.
