Over 50’s Fitness is a welcoming, feel-good workout designed to support muscle and joint strength, aerobic health, cognitive function, and overall wellbeing. This uplifting class combines safe, effective exercises with a fun, social atmosphere to help you stay active, mobile, and confident.

Set to your favorite hits from the 60s and 70s, each session blends low-impact aerobic movement with strength and toning exercises using equipment such as dumbbells and resistance rings. You’ll also enjoy standing core work and coordination drills that gently challenge balance and brain-body connection.

The focus is on moving well, building strength, and enjoying the music — with plenty of opportunities to sing along and have a laugh. It’s fitness that feels friendly, energizing, and motivating, helping you improve your health while having a great time.

This class is totally unique and won’t be found anywhere else!

All equipment is provided for you and there are no floor exercises so mats are not required.

Tea and coffee is provided after the class for a social aspect to the session.
