Weight training is an undeniably important part of any fitness plan, boosting health and wellbeing, and giving a real boost to a women’s confidence. As we age we lose muscle mass, bone density and joints become weaker.

Weights For Women is an empowering, results-focused class designed to help women of all ages build strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Using weighted bars and dumbbells, you’ll learn safe and effective resistance exercises that target the upper body, lower body, and core, all in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

As we age, maintaining muscle mass and bone strength becomes increasingly important. This class teaches proper technique while encouraging you to work at your own pace, starting with lighter weights and gradually progressing as your strength and confidence grow. Beyond building muscle, weight training helps improve posture, maintain a healthy body composition, and boost energy levels.

By the end of each session, you’ll feel stronger, empowered, and motivated — combining fitness, functional strength, and self-belief in a single, enjoyable workout.
